Refund & Cancellation Policy – Liverkart

Overview

Liverkart prioritizes customer satisfaction and transparency. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery, ensuring you can shop with confidence.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags, packing materials, invoice, courier receipt, and associated documents.

2. Refunds

  • After receipt and verification of your return, Liverkart will initiate your refund to the provided Bank account or UPI ID.

  • Refunds are processed instantly from our side; actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider and typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • For Service Providers: Payments for services (e.g., mobile repair) are non-refundable once the service is initiated.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within same day of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped/dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. However, you may return the product after delivery under our return policy.

  • To cancel, promptly contact our support team with your order number.

Alternate Clause:
You may cancel your order prior to shipment. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible; however, products remain eligible for return.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Liverkart ships across India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

  • Delivery times are typically 3–4 business days for most areas; remote locations may require 7–14 business days depending on courier service.

  • Delivery delays owing to logistics constraints are rare. Liverkart will notify customers if extraordinary circumstances arise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel delayed or untraceable shipments at our discretion, with full refunds processed to the source account.

5. Payment Security & Compliance

  • Payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay), with SSL encryption and fraud prevention for your safety.

  • All transactions are managed in line with RBI regulations for online commerce.
